NEUTRAL TERRITORY

Henry Huge gets more than he bargains for when he decides he wants to sell his father’s ranch to prevent himself from going bankrupt after taking out a loan to buy a coffee shop. When Henry reaches the ranch with his new finance, Heidi, Henry isn’t exactly welcomed home with open arms by his traditional Swiss father, Werni, or his childhood sweetheart, Rebecca, who he left in the lurch many years ago.

Henry, afraid he will lose Heidi if he doesn’t find the money he needs, explains to his father he can’t keep the ranch going by himself and tries to get Werni to consider a retirement home. But Werni will have none of it and angrily challenges Henry’s lawyer to a Schwingen match, a type of Swiss wrestling.

As the fate of the ranch and Werni looms, Henry tries to explain to Rebecca why he left for the city and for the promise of a successful career. As Henry navigates between his old feelings for Rebecca and his desire to have a future with Heidi, he will uncover a secret Werni has been hiding from him. In the end, Henry will be forced to choose between his family and possibly his own life.
